Privacy Policy

What we collect when you value a vehicle, who else sees it, and how to get it deleted.

1. Who Is Responsible

Worth Vehicle AI is operated by Bruno Amat, who decides how your data is used and is responsible for it. You can reach us at the email at the end of this page.

2. What We Collect

  • Your account: name and email, whether you sign up directly or through Google.
  • Your vehicle: the details you enter (make, model, year, mileage, condition), any photos you upload, and your written description.
  • Your VIN, if you use the VIN lookup.
  • What you sold it for, if you tell us after your valuation: the final price and whether a dealer or a private buyer bought it.
  • Your IP address, used once per valuation to work out which country you're in so we can suggest local places to sell, and on each visit to show you the site in your language.
  • Your billing details, when you buy credits: your email and billing country, and for invoices that must name you (business purchases, purchases over €400, and sales without Spanish VAT) your name, tax ID and billing address.
  • A cookie, so a valuation you start before signing up can be linked to your account if you create one later.

3. How We Use It

  • To produce your valuation and show you the report.
  • To keep your account working and let you revisit past valuations.
  • To take payment, issue your invoices and meet our tax obligations.
  • To run, secure and improve the service.
  • To make future valuations more accurate, by comparing the prices we estimated with the prices vehicles actually sold for.
  • To email you once, about a month after a valuation, to ask whether you sold the vehicle and for how much. Only if you have an account.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

4. Who We Share It With

Only the providers needed to produce a valuation and run the service:

  • Google's Gemini AI — receives your photos, description and vehicle details to generate the valuation.
  • Supabase — our database, sign-in and photo storage provider.
  • NHTSA vPIC — the free U.S. Department of Transportation VIN database. Receives your VIN only, and only when you use the VIN lookup.
  • Stripe — handles payment when you buy credits. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
  • BeeL. — our invoicing provider. Receives the billing details above to issue, number and email your invoice.
  • The Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) — receives a record of every invoice, as Spanish law (VERI*FACTU) requires.
  • The European Commission's VIES service— receives an EU business buyer's VAT number to confirm it is valid.
  • ipinfo.io — receives your IP address to determine your country.
  • Resend — sends our emails. Receives your email address and the message we send you.

5. Your Data & Your Rights

We keep your valuations and account details for as long as your account is open. Invoices and the billing details on them are kept for as long as Spanish tax law requires (at least four years), even if you close your account. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it — including your account and every valuation attached to it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local data protection law.

6. Cookies

We use a few functional cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to hold anonymous valuations, and one to remember the language you picked. No advertising or tracking cookies. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
