1. Acceptance of Terms

Worth Vehicle AI (“the service”) is operated by Bruno Amat. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, whether or not you create an account.

2. Description of Service

Worth Vehicle AI generates estimated vehicle valuations using AI models, based on information and photos you provide plus general market knowledge. It is a decision aid, not a professional appraisal, inspection, or guarantee of sale price.

3. Estimates, Not Guarantees

Valuations are estimates only. Actual sale prices depend on factors we can’t fully observe — true mechanical condition, local market conditions, negotiation, and more. We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy of any valuation, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.

4. Your Account

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

• Don’t submit vehicle data or photos you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don’t use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Credits & Payment

Every valuation shows its headline price for free. One credit unlocks one full report. Credits are sold in packs at the prices shown on the pricing page, in euros. Prices include Spanish VAT (IVA) at 21% where it applies; buyers outside the EU, EU businesses with a valid VAT number, and addresses in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla are charged the same price without it.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Credits are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed, and an invoice is issued and emailed to you.

7. No Right of Withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied immediately: they are added to your account as soon as you pay and can be spent straight away. Before paying you are asked to confirm that you want that immediate supply and that you accept losing the 14-day right of withdrawal once the credits are delivered; a purchase can’t go ahead without that confirmation (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection law, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, which implements article 16.m of EU Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not affect your rights if a credit or report is not delivered as described.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
